Filament should be stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend using airtight containers with desiccant packs to prevent moisture absorption, which can cause brittleness and poor print results.
What is your return policy for 3D printing materials?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of 3D materials, we cannot accept returns on vacuum-sealed spools that have been opened.
Do you offer bulk discounts for educational institutions or businesses?

Are your filaments compatible with all 3D printer brands?
