At Filaments.ca, we stand by the quality of our 3D printing supplies and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, or contact our support team directly with your order number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened vacuum packaging. Securely pack the products in a sturdy box to prevent damage to the filament spools or electronic components during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
